The enhancements and fixes are those added since software
release V3.20 dated 6/15/2000:
Port Forwarding is Configurable Using Your Browser
A port forwarding page has been added to the Advanced configuration area of
the browser-based configuration menus.
PPPoE User Name Length Increased
Although the internal interface allows PPPoE User Names of 45 characters, the
browser interface previously only allowed 30. This has now been increased to 45
characters.
Other modifications and bug fixes
Modify internal Menu 1: change Configure Dynamic DNS to Edit
Dynamic DNS.
Added Outgoing Authentication in Menu 11.1.
Fixed Bug: DHCP Client renew a different IP will cause NAT connection to
fail.
Modify the FTP server’s RAS code file attribute.
Fixed Bug: ICMP and traceroute will lose packets in NAT.
Fixed Bug: Watchdog enable will cause backup configuration file to fail.
Fixed Bug: Tracelog will cause system to hang.
Fixed Bug: Dropchute will cause system crash.
Fixed Bug: ICMP data size over 1474 will be dropped.
Fixed Bug: Watchdog enable will cause FTP/TFTP firmware upload failure.
Modify DDNS update mechanism. (We will save update timestamp and update IP
address).
Added "sys wdog sw on" in autoexec.net to enable hardware watchdog
timer.
Fixed Bug: Can’t access WAN IP address when DHCP changes IP address.
Fixed Bug: Lose packets when Pinging WAN address.
Fixed Bug: Removing DNS Server setting in Menu 3.2 will cause DNS proxy
failure.
